1. joint mobility drills

2. cardio – 20 min. intervals

3. heavy bag work – strikes, kicks, ichimonji footwork drills, hanbo strikes to 9 targets

4. med ball ab circuit – toe touchx15, russian twistx10, combo crunchx15 (3-circuits)

5. spineworx and stretching (MUCH needed)
