335am – 400am

joint mobility

chi kung – wu chi (5 min), holding the belly (10 min), little nine heavens, finished with breathing and standing exercise

7pm-845pm

training at the ninjutsu dojo – worked on muto dori (unarmed sword defense), taijutsu (water element emphasis) and hanbo retention techniques as well as plenty of ukemi.
