Monday 5/5/08 – Max Effort Squat

Back to training, jet lagged and all!  Got in on the red-eye at 6am, got some sleep, trained some clients, then it’s back in the gym to get my sorry ass back in shape.

700pm

1. box squat – 135×5, 185×3, 225×2x 275×1, 315×1

2. 1-arm jerk – 16×5+5, 24×3+3, 32×3+3, 40×3x3

3. ghr – 3×10

4. pulldown abs – 3×20

5. 1-arm swing w/32 – 15+15

6. band good morning – 25 reps

Done.  Pretty good for being wiped out and not squatting with any regularity in a few months.
