1st workout in the new gym!  Derrick “christened” the bathroom!!  LOL!  Great session.  Andre and Derrick went big on GM’s, while Malcom and I acted as “coaches and supervisors”!  Good times.  Gym’s awesome.  Pics soon.  Fire Marshall inspected and passed it today, we’re just waiting on the Business License to come in and we’re rolling!  Went over to Quest Gym to visit Sherman Ledford today – that is one cool guy.  He gave me some samples of some of his Quest products (Synergy and whey protein – Awesome stuff) and hooked me up with a couple of shakers and pair of Inzer wrist wraps.  This is one cool guy – I’m looking forward to adding his Quest Nutrition products to my product line.  Good stuff!

    ok, it was mostly water that came out, but it definitely had a hint of the pulled pork and ribs that i had for lunch. Tasty. Goes to show how bad off my conditioning has gotten (or has always been).

    Definitely gonna need some prowler sessions to get the body in tune.
