2. speed deadlift w/chains -275×1/6

3. 1-arm long cycle w/24kg – 20/2:00, 30/3:00

4. 45 degree back raise w/45lb plate – 3×8

5. band oblique abs on ghr – 3×10

Done.  It was pouring today so no prowler.
