2. bb extension – 2×8, 2×6, 1×15, 1×12

3. chin up – 3×4

4. pulldown – 2×10

5. kb snatch w/24kg – 36/3:00

6. shrugs – 3 sets

7. db curls – 3 sets

8. sled dragging f/b – 6 trips

Good training tonight.  Need to start getting the bench back up.  My BW is at an alltime low – 197 lbs. but may strength levels have stayed relatively in tact.  Good news I guess.  Heavy training with a hint of abs – hopefully no tanning or posing oil though…
