4. 1-arm long cycle w/32kg – 12/2:00

5. ball abs – 4 sets

6. neck harness – 3 sets

7. IM twist yo wrist – 3 sets

Done.  Good session – wow, when I actually get in some warm up sets I hit some PR’s.
