3. 1-arm jerk w/32kg – 5+5

4. frech press – 3×6

5. db extension – 3×10-12

6. pushdown – 2×12

7. lateral raise – 2×15

8. neck harness and grip work (hub lift 25#)

Done.  Ain’t nothin’ funny about a thick neck…
