1. squat – 135×3, 185×3, 225×3, 275×1, 315×1, 365×1

2. 1-arm long cycle w/24kg – 48/6:00

3. ghr – 3×8

4. abs – 6 sets

Done.  Squat depth was good this time.  In the suit starting next week until the meet.
