2. dips: 3×10
3. grappler row: 4×10
4. snatch w/24kg: 60/5:00 (switching hands multiple times, no setting down)

*Before bed – holosync meditation for 60 min.

That’s all folks. Was planning to do the sled or prowler after the weight training, then I decided not to. Free will rules!
