2. speed deadlift: 225×1/8
3. 45 degree back raise: 3×10
4. hanging leg raise: 3×12
5. oblique pulldown abs: 3×10
6. snatch w/16kg: 80/4:00

Done! Snatches had my heart rate going big time! Box squat 3-week cycle will be: 225×2/8, 245×2/6-8, 275×2/4-6 + work up to heavy double or single. Speed deads will be: 225×1/8, 275×1/6, 315×1/4 + work up to heavy single. Fun times…
