2. db bench press: 45×15, 55×12, 65×10
3. pushdown: 3×12
4. lat pulldown: 5×8
5. face pull: 3×12
Decided to skip the kb’s at the end of the session as my elbow tendonitis was really nagging me. Travelling to Ohio this coming weekend for my class reunion, but will hit my squat/deadlift training on Friday and bench on Saturday.
