Friday 10/10/08 – training

Training

1. long cycle w/24kg: 15/3:00
2. IGX Achyball Lifts w/16kg: snatch 84/6:00, 1-arm long cycle 60/6:00 (never set bell down, switched on the minute)
3. deadlift: 205×5, 225×5, 245×5
4. 45 degree back raise: 3×10
5. grappler abs: 3×5+5

That’s it. Was actually surprised long cycle went so well considering how long since I’ve done it or worked with the 24’s. Elbow tendonitis isn’t too bad right now. Pretty good session. Well I’m at 6 days carb depleted, todays training really didn’t go too bad despite. Carbing up tomorrow and Sunday. Changing the workout schedule a bit, will squat on sunday and bench on monday (so this is near the carb up to help reduce fatigue), deadlift on wed and military press on fri. Starting the sessions with kb’s now to prioritize for upcoming meets.
