4. ball sit up: 4×12
Weighed in Saturday morning at 200 lbs, down 5 lbs from last Sunday when I started the diet. Not bad. Carb-loaded Saturday and Sunday. Monday a.m. weighed around 203 lbs (probably from all the water). It’s monday morning and we’re back on the protein and fat. Weigh in again on Saturday a.m.
