3. seated row: 100×12, 110×10, 120×8, 130×6, 110×15
4. bb curl: 50×12, 55×10, 60×8, 65×6, 55×12
5. snatch w/16kg: 64/4:00 (switched on the minute)
Good training today. Back to low carb/high protein for the week. May cut this weekend’s carb loading back to Saturday and only breakfast and postworkout drink on Sunday, instead of doing a full day Sunday. Will decide specifically when I check the weight on Saturday a.m.
