That’s it. This kicked my ass. Max is making some nice progress. Two months and his BW is up 8lbs and all his lifts are getting better technically and strength-wise. Cory was back to training tonight after his tryout this past weekend with Tampa Bay Storm AFL team – he’s freakin’ jacked as ever and Andre and Derrick were benching big getting ready for a November meet, and Malcom was getting shredded for his trip to Jamaica-mon! Good night tonight.
