Last training session of the year…..

1. reverse band bench press w/greens: 10×135, 5×185, 3×225, 3×275, 1×315
2. close grip bench press: 8×95, 5×135, 2×5x155
3. 1-arm row: 10×20kg, 8×24kg, 12×28kg
4. long cycle: 24kg x 1:00-4, 2:00-4, 3:00-4, 4:00-4, 5:00-8 (PR)
5a. shrugs: 10×155, 8×185, 6×205
5b. pushdowns: 12×50, 10×60, 8×70

Good session. Long cycle went well. I need to find a better resting position though. Training, training, training… Happy New Year!
