Monday Training Session…
Monday 3/16/09
1. long cycle: 20kg x 7,7,7,7,7 (35/5:00)
2a. jumping squat: 135×20/2
2b. chin-up: bwx5/2
3. hanging leg raise: bwx8/3
Done. No running or rowing tonight, was late finishing up and I had work to do. Current goal is 70 reps with the 20kg bells, under the new WKC lifter classification system I need to hit 69 reps at each KB weight increment to move up to the next lifter rank for my current weight class, 20kg bells is class 2, 24kg is class 1, 28kg is CMS, and 32kg is MS and MSWC. Reps will drop if I drop into a lower weight class.
