2. military press: 45×5, 55×5, 65×5
3. deadlift: 135×5, 165×5
4a. chins: bwx3,2,1/2
4b. grappler: 25×5+5/2
*prowler sprints + 50lbs x 12

De-loading sure feels good. Start “re-loading” on Friday.
