1. deadlift: 170×5, 195×5, 225×10

2. long cycle: 20kg x 7,7,7,7,7 (35/5:00)

3a. ghr: 3×6

3b. grappler: 3×6

*stone lift and carry x 2

Nothing like stone lifting outdoors!  Good times…
