warm-ups: foam roll, stretch, jump rope
1. squat: 180×3, 205×3, 235×8
2. 1/4 squat to heel raise: 135×20/2
3. ghr sit up: 3×10
Done. AC is finally fixed in the gym, I know, how “un-hardcore”…
