Done. I am trying to go through a period of increased volume with the heavier bells. It’s just an experiment, we’ll see what happens. I’ll use Sunday’s workouts as tests to max my time in either 24kg or 32kg and the rest of the week’s workouts will be like this, shorter duration multiple sets to increase volume.
