Done. Had a great day dieting until I came home from the gym and freakin’ killed my diet with Halloween candy – mini oreos, dark chocolate snickers and kit kats. Yum. Decided to wash it down with a good Scottish Ale Joey gave me. I guess I’m going to have a whiplash-reload diet weekend! LOL! Gettin’ back on track…. Not bad though, 4 weeks sticking to the plan and I’m down about 9 lbs and can see faint ab lines…
