2. swiss bar bench press: 95×10, 115×6, 135×5, 155×3, 185×3
3. rolling dumbbell extensions: 2×20
4. seated row: 5×8-15
5. lat pulldown: 3×8

Pretty good session – David came out and did dynamic effort squats, straight leg sumo deads, GHR’s and abs.
