Update…

Nothing really worth writing about. This last week was a deload week for me so nothing special, just some light squatting, pressing and deadlifting. Backed off on supplementary work and kb work. Starting a new training cycle on Monday 12/1 with the guys I train with.

Lisa and I are heading to Vegas tomorrow through Sunday, got tix to the Criss Angel live show on Friday – sweet. BTW did anyone see my charlie brown looking mug on the episode of Mindfreak this past season that Fez was on? Love the Vegas man, love the Vegas…

In other news my kettlebell book was just released this week, Jeff at liftkettlebells.com did a fantastic review, check it out at:

Also, 3 of my lifters competed in the WNPF this past weekend and did GREAT.

DL – 405 (missed a PR attempt of 450 that would have given him his second elite total, first elite in the 123 class)
TTL – 1115 (15lb PR – Master Class total, missed elite by 42 lbs!!!!!)

Congrats guys! They all had an awesome meet day. 3 lifters and 10 PRs????? Yeah that’s good stuff!!!

Well that’s it folks, off to the Vegas tomorrow and back to training Monday. Might catch a light training session at the Luxor’s fitness center, they actually have a squat rack!

Done. Still doing 60:00 of Holosync 1-2 times a day. I am going into my 4th week of Awakening Level 1. This is great stuff. I’m about done with Genpo Roshi’s Big Mind, Big Heart book as well – amazing stuff.
